Term 3 PE (Fitness)
This term straight after hui whanau we have team fitness in B4 and B5. We are doing in the 7 Minute Workout which we use off YouTube. We have to complete the set of exercises for 30 seconds and between each one we get a 10 second rest. We are learning to do the exercise correctly as we may hurt ourselves if we don't do it right. We are learning to doing push ups, lunges, squats, sit ups and to plank, just to name a few. If you want to see what it's all about click on the link.
